After a quick wonder around during the last few hours of the comp, there hadn’t been any anglers at the top end of the lake all weekend so I knew they would be there so I quickly dropped a bucket in 10. I let everyone else get in their swims during change over and sat back and kept quiet for a bit then pub chucked one rod to the corner of the left island, one in the left hand side of the Chanel between the islands and the third in the Chanel dropping down into the main lake, not long later the left rod rattled off resulting in a 35lb4oz and 5 minutes later the right hand rod rattled off with the 25lb12oz.
