A warm welcome….
David Stephens fished his first session at the lake and dropped into peg 1. He decided to fish at close range and this resulted in 6 takes for 4 fish landed. The largest being this cracking scaley mirror at 23lb.
After weed clogged on his tip eye, an angler from an adjacent swim got straight in with no hesitation to give him a hand. Acts like this sum up the atmosphere and community in which we aim to achieve as a fishery, so thanks to all you lads that make Willows what it is and for providing a new member with a warm welcome.
